When I was a kid, my Mom liked to make breakfast food for dinner every now and then. And I remember one night in particular when she had made dinner after a long, hard day at work. A group of employees was working in a software company. It was a team of 30 employees. This was a young, energetic and dynamic team with keen enthusiasm and desire to learn and grow. I believe in the power of presence.I was recently reminded of this belief when I and several other Red Cross volunteers met agroup of evacuees from Hurricane Katrina.
