Beyond His will - Episode 6

Christiana was rushed to the hospital, she was urgently attended to. The doctor and nurses were running helter skelter to save her life, after one hour of coming in and out of her ward, the doctor called ola to see him in his office.
Sir, what happened to her?
Let thank God you brought her here on time, if not what we don't expect would have happen, the shock she experience was too much for her, but thank God She is okay,  she just need a bed rest for some days

Thank God, thank you doctor, pls can I see her?

You can't see her for now, she is yet to wake up, I will let you know when to see her

Christiana woke up the next day, she requested to see her husband, the nurses was confused and called ola on phone

Christiana, thank God, you have finally woken up. How are you feeling now? She sat beside her on bed, I went home to bring some of your luggage, and prepare you something to eat. Will you first eat or freshen up?

Christiana was absent minded, she was looking around as if searching for something, Where is Johnson? I need to see him, I want to ask him some question, pls call Johnson for me, where is him? I want to see my husband!

Em, Christy, you need to calm down, bro Johnson is coming, you need to get better first, then you will see your husband, your health is more important now

Nooo! I want my husband back, I want to see him, pls ola help me find him, she cried

Ola hugged her, it okay Christy

She wept until she could not longer cry again, she became weak, ola gave her the food she went home to prepare, but she rejected the food. Ola call the attention of the doctor to it

Mrs Johnson, you need to eat to be able to get well, I don't know what you are going through, but a time like this you need to be strong, to be able to fight it through, if you really want to leave here on time, pls eat this will help our treatment on you, pls madam
Christiana was crying the whole time the doctor was talking to her. Okay doctor, thank you she said in tears.

Ola served her the food, and she eat little before sleeping

She was discharge after a week. Ola was with her packing her luggage in the hospital. Christiana sat down on the bed, staring at her hand, she called her friend

Have been in the hospital for the past one week, Johnson didn't call or check on me, am I that bad? Am I that harsh and wicked to him? She asked sobbing silently

Christy, have told you several times, stop thinking about all this, he might not be aware of what happen to you, am sure he will come back, am done packing, let go home

They left the hospital after paying their bills, and walked down to the road, it was a rainy day, everywhere was slippery, there was puddles everywhere. Ola was stopping every taxi but they refused to stop.

An old taxi stopped for them, after negotiations, they entered the cab, the taxi was moving slowly, after few minutes the cab suddenly stopped.
What happened? Ola asked

The fuel don finish..

What! You mean you don't have any means to take us to our destination now? Ola asked

No now, you go stay here, while I go get fuel, I no go stay long

You must be crazy! Ola insulted him and came down,

Where you dey go?

Home, with another cab! Ola said angrily

Ola dragged Christy out.

Where is my money?  At least you go give me something

Which money?

I carry you for two minutes now

And which account will I record that into? Mr man you are collecting nothing from us, unless you want to take us back to where you picked us, ola said ready to fight

Madam, I think say you dey mad, give me my money jor

Christiana who has been quiet throughout begged the taxi driver
We are sorry sir, we won't be able to wait for you to refuel your car, but I will pay for the little distance you covered, how much is your money

Ola was surprise with the way Christy handled the situation.

The taxi man stopped another taxi for them, they entered and zoomed off

Christy noticed ola was looking at her throughout the journey, but she ignored her. They got home, ola opened the door, packed  her luggage inside. Christiana sat down

Christy, I can't believe you gave the cab man #1000, you even apologies to him, it unlike you, I was expecting you to trash him, hope you are okay?

Ola, am fine..

Ola sighed, okay, the whole house is dirty, let me help you with the cleaning and cook something for you,

No, you can go, I will do it myself

Are you sure you have the strength?

Yes, she smiled faintly

Alright, take care, I will give you a call.

You don't need to call me or come visiting, I will cook and tidy up myself, pls I want to be alone

Will you be able to cope Christy? I don't understand this your sudden change of altitude

Yes, I will be fine, Thank so much for everything

Christiana was left alone, she looked at the dirty house, she remember her husband, how he used to clean the house, cook for her, and show her love, she wept

The whole house look like a desert without you Johnson, am so lonely, pls come back home, she talked to on one in particular as she cried

After crying for many hours, she stoop up and started cleaning the whole house, she make sure everywhere was sparkling. She was so tired and sat on her bed until she slept off

She woke up late the next day, feeling empty, she missed her husband hugged and early morning jokes. She prayed and start the day work, she tidy up the whole house even though it was not dirty.
She stays indoor through out the day fasting and praying. She pray...

God I know have sinned against you, am a bastard before you, I have done what I ought not do, I have said what I shouldn't have said, I have hurt you with my  altitude and behavior towards my husband and everyone. I have made people say bad things to your names because of me, I have made myself a bad example for the whole world, Daddy pls forgive me, i have come back home like a prodigal son, accept me back oh Lord, I don't have any justification, am guilty of all my sin, pls do not forsake me, I have no where to go, Lord God forgive me, Christiana prayed for forgiveness and cried the whole day.
She fasted for seven days, asking God for forgiveness.

She eat and rest for three days before embarking on another fasting and prayer. I want my husband back, she thought within herself
She locked herself in her room and started praying. God pls save my marriage, the boat of my marriage is sinking, my marriage is drowning, Daddy pls save my marriage. You told me nothing will separate me and Johnson, you said the same way I can't separate two different waters joined together, we can't be separated, you said the same way I can't separate petrol from fire, we can't be separated,  Lord I know you don't lie, and you are a promise keeper, you honour your words more then your name, pls remember your promises concerning my marriage, remember your covenant, pls lord, save Johnson for me. You remember your convenant with Abraham and gave him a covenant child. Remembered your covenant oh Lord. She wept and prayer enerstly.

She was walking in a path, full of different and beautiful light with Johnson. As they were going through the path, she started complaining about one thing or the other, the more she  complains, the more the light become dimer, which makes it difficult to see her husband, she keeps on complaining until the light went off. She couldn't continue the journey again nor was she able to find Johnson as the darkness was so thick, she was so scared and screamed his name. Johnson where are you? Johnson! Pls answer me, don't go! Where are you? Johnson! No one replied her. She was scared and confused, she started praying in the darkness, suddenly a thick cloud appear and an invisible person with a great trembling voice speaks

CHRISTIANA, WHY ARE YOU DISTURBING ME?

Oh Lord! I can't find my husband, the light suddenly went off, you promise to shine your light on our path, and I will never be separated from my husband, but the light are off, and I can't find my husband

IT WENT OFF OR YOU OFF IT?

No, I didn't off it. I will never off your light that shines on my path

CHRISTIANA, YOU OFF THE LIGHT, IN THE JOURNEY OF YOUR MARRIAGE WITH JOHNSON, YOUR COMPLAINT AND MUMMERING OFF THE LIGHT,  CHRISTIANA I REMEMBER MY PROMISE CONCERNING YOUR MARRIAGE, I REMEMBER MY COVENANT, BECAUSE AM A PROMISE KEEPER, BUT YOU DIDN'T PLAY YOUR PART, YOU ONLY WALKED OUT OF MY WILL.

THE LIGHT YOU SAW WAS MY WILL FOR YOUR LIFE CONCERNING YOUR MARRIAGE. YOU STARTED WELL, BUT YOU WALKED OUT AT SOME CERTAIN POINT. YOU REFUSED TO STAY IN MY WILL, YOU ONLY ACCEPT MY WILL FOR YOR LIFE, YOU DIDN'T STAY IN IT.

CHRISTIANA, THERE ARE LOT OF THINGS BEYOND MY WILL. ACCEPTING MY WILL IS DIFFERENT FROM STAYING IN MY WILL, STAYIG IN MY WILL IS CALLED BEYOND MY WILL. MY WILL FOR SAUL IS TO BE THE KING OF MY PEOPLE, BUT BEYOND MY WILL FOR HIS LIFE, HE NEED TO BE OBEDIENCE, HE HAS A ROLE TO PLAY TO BE ABLE TO STAY IN MY WILL, WHICH IS OBEDIENCE, HE NEGLECT THIS AND WALKED OUT OF MY WILL AFTER TWO YEARS OF HIS REIGN,
MY WILL FOR JOSEPH IS TO BE KING OVER HIS FAMILIES, BUT HE NEED TO BE DISCIPLINES BEFORE MY PROMISE CAN BE FULFILL IN HIS LIFE, JOSEPH KNEW HE NEED DISCIPLINE AFTER ACCEPTINGG MY WILL, THAT MAKE HIM NOT TO FALL FOR POTIPHARS WIFE TEMPTATION, HE DISCIPLINED HIMSELF, THIS IS WHAT SAMSON LACK, THAT MAKES HIM TO WALK OUT OF MY WILL AFTER SLEEPING WITH DELILAH.
CHRISTIANA, MY WILL FOR SOMEONE WILL STAND, IF ONLY THAT PERSON KNOWS WHAT BEYOND IT. BEYOND MY WILL, SOME PEOPLES NEED PAIENT, WISDOM, ENDURANCE, SOME NEEDS DISCIPLINE, DENYING ONE SELF. CHRISTIANA YOU FAILED TO RECOGNIZED WHAT YOU NEED BEYOND MY WILL TO BE ABLE TO STAY IN MY WILL, THIS MADE YOU TO WALK OUT OF MY WILL. YOU OFF THE LIGHT!

God, pls forgive me, I was ignorance, I thought all I need is to accept your will for my life, I never knew there is a lot beyond your will, I didn't know my character and behavior can make me walk out of your will,  I didn't know my actions and disobedience will make me lose your will for my life, pls switch on the light of my will for me, am ready to stay in your will. Christiana begged the invisible PERSON

MY WILL FOR YOUR LIFE IS...... Suddenly the cloud disappear from the air

Pls don't go! What happened to your will for my life? Pls talk to me don't go. Christiana pleaded in the darkness. But it was too late the cloud disappeared

Don't go! Don't go! She shouted from her sleep. She woke up and sat down.
Jesus! It a dream! God's will for my life? The light is off? She broke down in tears
God pls forgive me! Forgive me for walking out of your will! Forgive me for my actions, forgive me for my altitude and deed! Am a fool, I thought accepting your will is all that matters, I thought accepting your will is all I needed to do, but now I know there is a lot beyond your will, give me a second chance, oh lord! She cried and prayed in her room for many hours until she became weak. She vowed to change for better, to be a better person
The next day, she was so weak but managed to stand on her feet and tidy up the whole house, everywhere was clean but she still cleaned the whole house.
She downloaded some food recipe online and study them. Everywhere was silent, she looked at the clean house, the food she cooked, the clothes she washed, no one to eat the food or compliment her.
Johnson are you really getting married? You are dumping me for real? Pls come back home.. I will cook for you, tidy the whole house, care and respect you, Pls, she broke into tears, crying out so loudly.

Anyone at home? Someone at the door shouted

Who is there? Christiana asked cleaning her face with a white handkerchief, am coming! She rushed to the door and opened it
A young man with a cross bag was standing
Are you....?
Yes, am the one? Christiana cut in
OK, I have a letter for you, he brought out a big envlop, you need to sign here. He gave her a book and showed her where to sign
Christiana signed and thanked the man
You are welcome, the man left
Christiana rushed to her bedroom, carefully open the envelope and saw the letter heading.. TERMINATION OF MARRIAGE AGGREMENT
No! No! It can't be! She squeeze the whole envelope and throw it away.
Nooooo! She screamed and cried! God why? Pls God! This is too much for me! She wept bitterly.
